Additionally, some jurisdictions require a local architect or engineer to make adjustments to the plan to comply with local building codes. We advise you to check with your local building department regarding codes. some states may require additional information and/or local engineering, check with local requirements.
Due to variations in different states and local building departments, these plans are not intended for immediate approval, but I will provide you with Highly valuable CAD file for free, so your local architect or engineer can adjust them as needed if desired.
I also provide you with a 3D animation video (Under the package 2) & rendering photos exterior of the house. so that the builder, architect and you can have a better idea of the interior and exterior of the house during the construction of the house. It is very helpful in building a house.
